Orders & Shipping
Most orders ship by the next business day. Express orders placed before 1:30 PM ET ship the same day.
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders and free international shipping on orders over $300.
Absolutely. Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number so you can follow it every step of the way.
Yes. International shipping is available for orders over $150 at a flat rate of $50. Duties and taxes are the customer’s responsibility.
We typically ship via UPS, USPS, and FedEx for domestic orders, and UPS Express Saver for international orders.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the intimate nature of our products, we do not offer refunds. We provide store credit or exchanges only under eligible conditions.
Email us at support@wildtoyplay.com within 10 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in original packaging.
No. All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll resolve the issue quickly by sending a replacement or store credit.
Unfortunately, no. For hygiene reasons, all items must be unopened and unused to qualify for an exchange.
